High level lackey of 006, hoped for riches from this heist. His job was to control the Goldeneye weapons system for Trevelyan.

Instantaneously frozen by exploding liquid nitrogen. Apparently he was not 'invincible.'
Comments:
Boris was full of himself: he believed himself to be the best programmer in the world, even though he seemed to spend his time making crude password programs with easily cracked passwords; he also seems to have had his own, branded online service. Towards the end of the movie he distinctly shows his arrogance, which gives 007 his opportunity to foil Trevelyan's plot, which leads to Boris' own death. Not very villainous, but he didn't have to be: his geeky paranoia was a fine touch.
